These Terms and Conditions set out how Ioline Corporation interacts with you as an online eCommerce customer.
Exclusive of the exceptions outlined below, IOLINE SALES ARE FINAL.
Ioline provides a warranty on everything it sells. If any item purchased from Ioline does not perform to the standards listed below, we will replace the item at our cost.
a. Ioline Rhinestones and Octagons are sold by weight and Ioline guarantees the count to within 0.5%. They are also warranted to work in the CrystalPress product at a 98% placement rate or better.
b. Consumables like blades and adhesive sheets are warranted to arrive defect free and ready to use.
c. Parts are warranted to work according to factory specification, be free from defects, and perform under normal use for 90 days.
d. New equipment carries a one (1) year parts and labor warranty. See the documentation sent with the machine for more detail.
If we make a mistake and ship the wrong product or quantity, we will ship replacement product(s) at our expense using the same shipping method the part was ordered with. Additional shipping options are available at the purchaser’s expense.
Ioline is not responsible for loss of business or merchantability due to issues related to your order or the performance of our products.
Please allow up to 2 business days for customer service to process your order. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or company holidays.
Ioline only provides shipping services through FedEx and only ships online orders to U.S. addresses. International orders are processed through dealers or by Ioline international sales representatives. When you checkout, the retail shipping expense is an estimate calculated with the weight and shipping dimensions using an automated service provided by our shipping vendors. At the time of checkout the payment amount is an authorization only, once the order is ready to ship the payment is fully processed. Sometimes the shipping estimate is less than the actual cost and we have to adjust this price. In that happens we will let you know if the additional shipping charge is more than $15 and get your consent before shipping your order.
The shipping weight for some products is based on the dimensions of the box the product is shipped in, which is a requirement from our shipping vendors. These are usually greater than the shipping cost of the scale weight of the product.
Rhinestone heat transfer sheets, sticky sheets and extra 300/350 cutting trays will always be shipped in a separate box due to their shape and size. If additional parts and accessories are included within the order they are shipped separately if necessary.
Shipping damage is your responsibility to resolve with our shipping vendor unless otherwise specified. Claims are handled through the vendor following their process. Ioline will provide all possible relevant information to assist with your claim.
Returns are at the sole discretion of Ioline and must be authorized by Ioline in writing or by email within 15 calendar days of the shipping date. Returns are subject to a $30.00 restocking fee or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
Returns are limited to unused hardware, accessories, peripherals and parts. Ioline will not accept returns of any electronic parts if the electrostatic sensitive device notice on the internal packaging is broken or unsealed. Consumables, blades, rhinestones, supplies, and software cannot be returned unless there is a defect or Ioline made an error as outlined in Quality Assurance above.
Before returning a product, you must first contact Ioline Technical Support and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. All approved product returns must be shipped back to Ioline within 5 days of the date that Ioline issues the RMA in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation, and any other items that were included in the original shipment. Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment for its full value or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. A written note referencing the RMA number must be included with the return shipment and the box must have the RMA written on the outside.
Upon receipt of your return, Ioline will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
Sales tax is applied only if the products are shipped to the state of Washington where we are required by law to pay it.
Sales tax is estimated based on the highest rate paid in the state. This rate is adjusted once the order is confirmed and the ship location is verified. This means the final sales tax is usually lower than the estimate. If we ever have to adjust the tax rate to greater than the estimate, Ioline will let you know and get your consent before shipping the order.
You agree that these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of your use or misuse of this website and our products or services is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State. By registering or using this website and service you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the local municipality where Ioline headquarters is located.
