Ioline Corporation is seeking someone with excellent problem solving and customer service skills to provide technical & sales support for the products we manufacture. This role regularly involves troubleshooting PC software setup, hardware communications, and electro-mechanical systems. A successful candidate has experience with direct customer communications on the phone and by email, entering and processing sales and repair orders by computer, hands-on mechanical and electronic repair of high-tech equipment, and has experience with Windows and CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, or other vector based design software.
